    Three eccentric seal butterfly valve series D643H pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve is our company's main product, which is widely used in metallurgy, light industry, power, gas, waterway and other fields.
    Sealing Principle of Three-Bin Heart Metal Seal Butterfly Valve:
    Triple eccentric butterfly valve has two-way tight closing performance without air bubbles. This geometry ensures that the disc seal contacts the valve body and valve seat only in the closed position, so there is no friction or abrasion, and a torque is generated to make the elastic seal have sufficient "welding" performance to ensure uniform seal contact consistency.
    Triple eccentric geometry:
    The eccentric 1 valve shaft is located behind the valve seat, allowing the seal to fully enclose the entire seat.
    Eccentric 2 The centerline of the valve shaft is offset from the centerline of the pipeline and the valve, preventing interference from valve opening and closing.
    Eccentric 3 The valve seat cone axis is offset from the valve shaft centerline, which can eliminate friction during closing and opening, and achieve a uniform compression seal effect around the entire seat.
    Frictionless seal for longer life
    (1) As a standard configuration, the valve seat is made of Cr13 alloy or tungsten-cobalt alloy hard surface.
    (2) The gasket is spiral-wound stainless steel / graphite for zero leakage.
    The torque during closing generates valve seat force and acts uniformly around the entire circle. The resilient seal is curved and vibrant, maintaining the shape of the valve seat. The compressive force acts uniformly along the perimeter, so that the valve can achieve the two-way tightly closed seal elasticity, so that the valve body and the valve disc can contact or widen, avoiding the risk of blockage due to temperature fluctuations. This device is capable of self-adjusting alignment.
